Top 5 Comedy Anime Series

A genre that is enjoyed by many, Comedy is definitely for people who love to laugh. It’s a genre where everyone are able to express themselves through a vibrant, imaginative, and expressive way. I personally love cracking jokes since I have part of who I am. Therefore, comedy is by far my favorite genre.

Here’s a list of anime series in this genre that I found hilarious:

TDIAPT

He has no other choice than to learn how to make ends meat. Thus, he seeks out a job and lands one in a fast food restaurant. He soon realizes that his goal for conquest has changed. He now vows that he will conquer earth as he climbs up the corporate ladder. Will he be able to do this?

This series was absolutely hilarious to me. The story was quite entertaining and the characters’ personalities were spot on. I watched this both in sub and dub and I loved how the voice actors made the characters come alive. It was literally jam-packed with supernatural action-y stuff but that did not stop it from having humor embedded into it. My favorites character, of course, was the devil. The way he tried to fit in with the humans and showed his soft side, it was too cute. I really did enjoy watching this series.

Though he succeeded in becoming the strongest that no enemy is able to defeat, he no longer feels the joy of battling he once had. Suddenly, a change of events happened. Genos, a 19-year-old cyborg, approaches Saitama with one request – to be his disciple. And thus begins their journey.

Dude, I don’t know how I feel about One Punch Man. Yes, it was funny but I also think its stupid. And not stupid in a bad way; Stupid in a good way. I just felt like the plot story could have taken a different route. Anyways, this was definitely a funny anime to sit down and watch when you wanted something to keep you laughing all while having a lot of action in it. It was very amusing to watch. I especially love the art. It was really interesting how te artist was able to capture the quirks of the main character. And also the voice actor was not too bad neither. Either way, this was by far a funny anime to watch.

Dude, I loved, loved, loved this show! It was one of my favorite anime series in this genre. It was hilarious, adventurous, crazy, and very enjoyable to watch. I love the plot of anime. It was extremely creative in its own way. The author who wrote this must have been growing through a break up or something (LOL). I highly recommend this to everyone.

Dagashi Kashi

He agreed to go under on condition: Hatoru must convince Kokonotsu to take over the family business. Now she is determined to fulfill this mission.

Dagashi Kashi was too cute for words. I love the concept of a somewhat educational anime. I learned a lot about the different types of Japanese sweets. It honestly made me want to try them all. (I really wish I could LOL). I even enjoyed the weirdness of Hatoru when she talked about sweets. Oh! And the fact that they were able to squeeze a bit of romance into it, it literally tied the who anime together. I have not gotten around watching the second season but when I have time, I will be watching it.

Prison School

Prison School

A prestigious all-girl academy got a rude awaking. The one most famous school with astonishing curriculums and well-behaved student has had their policy change to now allowing boys to have the opportunity to ate=tend. Five male students, Kiyoshi, Gakuto, Shingo, Andre, and Jo, who started their first semester at this once girls-only school has immediately been outcast without any reason at all. However, the boys did not seem to be bothered by this at all since they had their eyes out for one mission: to peep into the girl’s bath. Their plans, of course, were destroyed immediately by the Student Body Council; thus, as punishment, the boys now have their freedom taken away from them. And so begins their journey in surviving the hardship of prison life all while testing the limits of friendship and brotherhood.

Prison School was by far the most craziest, funniest, fucked up series I’ve ever watch. From the title, I assume it would have taken a different route from the route it currently took. I mean when I saw the title, mind you I did not see the actual cover, I thought it was going to be some what of an action anime. BOY did it fooled me! I was laughing the entire time. I could not stop watching. It was quite amusing watching these idiots attempt to escape and having these girls control their every move. Too funny.

Now, those of course were a few from my vault of comedy anime. What do you think? Have you see any of these? Leave a comment below!

See you next review,
